Katrina is an amazing miracle worker! We had planned a Mediterranean cruise for November 2020. Due to Covid-19, it was canceled. We worked with Katrina to plan a trip to St. Martin and Jamaica (Couples Negril) instead. Covid-19 raised its ugly head once again, which meant cancelling the two weeks we had had planned in St. Martin, since the flights were cancelled.!

Katrina handled everything for us, including refunds from the airlines and, ultimately, extending our stay at Couples. When Couples closed the Negril resort we had requested, she handled the details of moving us to Couples Tower Island and arranged for a relocation credit from the resort!

In these uncertain travel times, it was great having a local person the we knew and trusted who handled all of the cancelation and rebooking details so that we did not have to worry about anything. Most people forget that resorts pay a commission to travel agents out of their pockets that does not impact the cost to the consumer! Her services for handling all of these details was essentially free!

Having Katrina watching every detail, and sending us all of the information that we needed to have the proper documentation for meeting Jamaica's health requirements made everything seamless!

We are already planning several more trips with her and recommend her without reservation! She actually listens to your needs, rather than just trying to sell you something, which means that you get the vacation you really want and dreamed about!
